This policy explains how we process your personal data under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
Contact data, for as long as your enquiry lasts and up to one year afterwards if we don't work together. Client data, for the duration of the relationship and then for the legal retention periods (e.g. 6 years for commercial records and 4 years for tax records). Analytics data, for a maximum of 12 months.
We don't sell or share your data. To provide our services we use web hosting, email, analytics (PostHog on EU servers and Google Analytics by Google Ireland Limited) and artificial intelligence providers, as well as messaging services for internal team notifications (Telegram) and calendar services for appointment management (Google Calendar). We may also disclose your data to the authorities where required by law.
If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) or Telegram, those platforms process your data under their own policies as independent controllers.
Some of the providers we use may process your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) or belong to companies based outside it. In particular: the artificial intelligence providers that generate the assistant's replies (OpenRouter and the provider of the DeepSeek model), which receive the content of the conversation; the messaging service we use for internal team notifications (Telegram), which receives your contact details and a summary of your request; and Google, if you accept analytics (Google Analytics) or book an appointment (Google Calendar). You can ask us for information about the destination countries and the safeguards that apply to each provider by writing to info@agia360.com.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@agia360.com. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
The demos on this site (Demo Hub and AQUA e FUOCO) are simulations with fictitious businesses, people, prices and conversations. They don't make real bookings, payments or calls, and they don't send what you type to our servers.
Please don't enter real personal data in the demos. Their voices and images are for illustration only.
Results in a real project depend on each business and are studied individually in the assessment.
